Under the guidance of a project manager, Consulting members work in teams of 4 - 6 to complete deliverables, leveraging their particular strengths and skills. They thoroughly discuss ideas to create the strongest deliverables possible and learn as much on their topic as possible.

Additionally, consulting helps members develop research, public speaking, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Projects often lead to long-lasting connections with companies and can serve as a way to expand interests and knowledge of certain industries including AI, Fin-tech, Healthcare, Education, UAV, Education, and Biotech.

In the Consulting track, TAMID members provide pro-bono consulting to the top management of exciting and innovative Israeli companies. Engaging projects throughout the academic year give members real experience working with companies in a variety of industries and stages. Deliverables can include market research, competitive analyses, US market entry strategy, go-to market strategy, growth strategies, pricing strategies, beta testing/product development & design, and more.
